Well, my pocket is soon to operational again, so I started to look for Pocket PC (winidows CE) sync solutions with linux. So far I’ve found:
http://www.funambol.com/ – seems to be bit tricky so far, need to read more about it.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/synce/ – not much info here, but seems to be mostly console usage.
http://www.opensync.org/ – successor to Multisync (which was allowing pocketpc via synce sync with evolution). seems like worth a try.

Some info:
Microfon in skype is working on and off… sometime it works, sometimes it don’t…. Can’t figure it out so far… /dev/dsp doesn’t work for virtual machine – had to fix this later….

Well, since I’ve installed ubuntu my Intel Core2Duo refused to go to 2.17GHz. The frequency is detected by the system but if manually chosen CPU sets itself to 1.67.

Anyway, today Core1 did go up to 2.17. Core 0 still sits at 1.67 max… Weired…
